From the old technology down to the newest technology are so amazing in our country now. According to Alexander Villafania (2010) "Department of Science Technology (DOST) is working to a project to provide low cost, for elementary students". The said project is to improve more educational system towards to the students like the elementary to the college.
DOST's Science and Education Institute (SEI) has been developing software-based curriculum in mathematics and science, which could be modified and placed into the tablet PCs.
Tablet PCs for education has already been in use in many countries, particular;y in USA, Canada, Germany, Thailand, among others. Most of tablet PCs are still branded models sold by commercial computer manufacturers.
For me i think that DOST has the right to have a Tablet PCs project, because for me that PCs are useable to the student for their school to make them not hustle to carry their bags full of books and notebooks.
